Intro to Japa Meditation

Japa meditation is an ancient meditation practice that helps you manage the mind, reduce stress, increases peacefulness, and charges your soul with positive energy.

This 4-week online course will take you through a 30 day Japa (mantra) meditation process. Each week there will be a live training followed up by a Q&A. We will start by going over everything you will need to get you started on your practice. The following weeks we will dive deeper into the topic of Japa meditation and the Indian tradition.
