Week 1: The Deconstruction Cycle
This week you’ll learn about the Deconstruction Cycle, how Spirit dismantles what no longer serves you. We begin by creating space in your physical life, your mind, emotions and beliefs. You’ll practice the art of letting go and deepen your understand of your personal belief system. You’ll also start your mantra meditation process. The Elements you will work with for this cycle is Space and Fire. This week builds the foundation for your transformation.
Your Adventure for the Next 10 Weeks
Week 2: Forgiveness, Your Soul’s Journey & Oneness
Forgiveness isn’t about letting someone else off the hook – it’s about freeing yourself. Together, we’ll explore your soul’s eternal journey, karmic patterns, and the profound oneness underlying all existence.
Week 3: Unconditional Love & Opening Your Heart
This week is an invitation to soften. We’ll cultivate compassion for yourself and others, opening your heart to the flow of divine love so you can live from a place of truth and grace.
Week 4: Death & Finding Your Peace
Death is the greatest teacher. Whether facing physical death, endings, or ego death, you’ll learn how to find peace with impermanence and build a relationship with death as a sacred doorway, not something to fear.
Week 5: The Emerging Cycle
This cycle emerges from the rubble of the Deconstruction Cycle. This is your Phoenix era. A new joy and zest for life is emerging. This cycle is all about developing your intuitive skills, following your joy and trying new things and deepening your self-listening skills. You don’t have to figure it all out, you just need to stay alert to the guidance inside and outside of you. The Elements you will work with for this cycle are Fire and Air. You will gain clarity, courage and compassion in this cycle.
Week 6: Intuition Development
Your intuition is your greatest guide. You’ll learn practical tools to hear, trust, and act on your inner knowing, making Spirit-led decisions with confidence.
Week 7: Spirit Guides & Reading Signs from the Universe
You are never alone. This week deepens your connection with your spirit guides and teaches you how to read signs, synchronicities, and messages from the Universe to guide your path.
Week 8: The Shaping Cycle
This cycle is about learning how to ground your vision, grow confidence and use your voice. You will learn how to ground a larger amount of your energy into your life, practical steps you can take towards your Soul’s inspiration and how to share your voice effectively. The Elements you will work with for this cycle are Earth and Water.
Week 9: Manifesting & Emotional Mastery
Manifesting isn’t about wishful thinking; it’s about soul alignment. We’ll explore how to manifest from a place of deep truth, clarity, and service to the highest good.
Week 10: Embodiment
Our journey culminates in embodiment – integrating all you’ve learned so you can walk your path with confidence, wisdom, and spiritual power. This is where the teachings become your way of being.
